See & Hear Nature Challenge #3

This week, Jane has us checking out one of the first birds that most children learn to recognize — the American Robin.

I vividly remember my grandmother (Nanny) reciting a nursery rhyme about robins as I watched them hunt in my front yard for juicy worms.

I loved to go out after it rained and watch the robins feast! (Apparently, I had no compassion for worms as a child!) ;-)

So, get out there and spot a robin having a snack.

Let me know if the early bird really does get the worm!
