Spotted: The Last Child in the Woods?

With tongue firmly implanted in cheek, this great video from The Netherlands takes a creative look at today’s indoor child. I saw it about a year ago, and am surprised it has had relatively few views.

Of course, it isn’t a funny cat video — what am I thinking?! ;-)

  12. Growing up in The Netherlands, I can relate to this one. It is sad to see that they too are falling victim to the “plug in society”. Although on the bright side, the majority of Dutch school children still walk and bike to school independently each day, rain or shine, may it long last. – Anja

  13. Like Anja expressed-it’s so sad to see her homeland falling victim to the “plug in society”. Unfortunately the reality is, it’s a world wide problem, my homeland Scotland has the very same issues. On the bright side, advocates like Richard Louv have inspired so many of us to shout out about the problems, Bethe YOUR an amazing inspiration for thousands. Keep it coming Bethe!
